Writing inside front cover page from book seller. Beautifully written script note inside 2nd cover Annie R Sears from C.F. Winter, December 25th, 1887. Some water staining at the binding area. Many images suitable for framing.

Notable issues: Sunning darkening to the spine with edge wear. Covers show a lot of wear to the boards, paper over with a lot of missing elements as pictured to include shelf wear, dirt, some darkening and discoloration corner wear chipping dings, losses. Binding is fair, intact with a lot of weaker areas with a near split on page 12/13. Pages are overall good with light wear to include with tanning and at the binding lower some staining areas.
